Delete your account

Have A Day Coaching, LLC

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app. You do not need to email anyone or wait for approval.

How

1. Open the app and sign in
2. Tap Settings at the top
3. Scroll to Delete my account
4. Confirm

What gets deleted

• Your name, email and sign-in
• Your athlete profile and recruiting information
• Every worksheet you have written, whether sent or still a draft
• Film you uploaded, and the marks and voice notes on it
• Your messages, bookings, programs and any recorded measurements
• The schools you were tracking and any email drafts

If a parent holds the account

For athletes under 13, the parent or guardian holds the account. Deleting it deletes the athlete's work along with it.

If you are the coach

Deleting the owner account closes the whole program, including every athlete's worksheets, film and messages. Please be certain.

What we keep afterwards

Ordinary system backups age out on their own over a short period. Security logs that are not tied to your identity may be kept longer. Nothing that identifies you is retained beyond that.

If you cannot get into the app

Email haveadaycoaching@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. A parent or guardian may request deletion of a child's account without having an account of their own.
