Have A Day Coaching
Where elite, recruitable athletes are made

Terms of Use

Last updated 13 September 2026

Plain version first: this is Keri's app, for athletes she coaches. Use it for your own training. Don't pass her material around. Everything below is the longer form of that.

01 Who this agreement is with

The app is operated by Have A Day Coaching, LLC of Folsom, California. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. If you are under 13, the account must be created and held by your parent or guardian, as described in our Privacy Policy.

02 What the app is

The app is where our coaching programs are delivered: the modules and worksheets, film review, messaging, scheduling, training programs, and the recruiting tools. It supports the coaching relationship; it is not a substitute for it.

03 Coaching fees

Fees are arranged directly with us, outside the app. The app does not take payments and does not sell anything. Your access reflects the program you are enrolled in, and ends when that enrollment ends.

04 Our material

The modules, worksheets, drill and fitness libraries, email templates and posting calendars are ours. You have permission to use them for your own training for as long as you are enrolled.

Please don't share them outside your family, post them publicly, resell them, or use them to run a program of your own. If you want to use something with your team, ask us; the answer is often yes.

05 What you put in

Your worksheet answers, film, notes and messages remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them within the app so that we can coach you, and nothing beyond that.

Only upload film you have the right to upload. If other athletes appear in it, make sure that is alright with them and with their families.

06 Using it properly

We may suspend or remove an account that does these things.

07 Emails to college coaches

The app helps you draft emails to college programs. You send them yourself, from your own email. What you say in them is yours and is your responsibility. We don't send them for you and we can't take them back.

08 Recruiting outcomes

We cannot promise a roster spot, a scholarship, or a response from any college. The program is built to make you a stronger candidate and to keep you organised. What a college does is up to the college.

09 Training safely

The workouts, drills and conditioning in the app are general guidance, not medical advice. Train within your limits, and talk to a doctor or an athletic trainer before starting something new, particularly if you are coming back from an injury.

10 Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. It is permanent, and it removes your worksheets, film, messages and recruiting records. See this page for the steps.

11 Availability

We work to keep the app running, but we can't promise it will never be down. It is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12 Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.

13 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Sacramento County, California.
